About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of services to remote communities in Tasmania. You will work closely with staff and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with public, internal, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Follow direction provided by supervisors, communicate it to others, and ensure timely implementation
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and community members
  • Contribute to the development of plans, strategies, and team goals
  • Monitor task progress against performance expectations and deadlines

The role requires you to travel to and engage with remote and vulnerable communities, therefore, COVID and Flu vaccination requirements apply.
