Social Media Influencer

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for influencing online communities?

We're seeking a talented social media influencer to join our team. In this hands-on, high-growth role, you'll create engaging content, manage relationships with influencers, and help drive our ambitious social strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Develop user-generated content (UGC) for educational and trend-driven purposes
  • Stay on top of social trends and identify viral opportunities
  • Help shape our creative direction and find innovative ways to showcase products on social media

Influencer Partnerships:

  • Manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and UGC creators from outreach to content approvals
  • Coordinate contracts, timelines, product send-outs, and content deliverables
  • Review and approve influencer and UGC content to ensure it meets our brand tone and standards

Social Media Management:

  • Manage day-to-day activity across our social channels, including posting, engagement, and community-building
  • Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions, responding or escalating where needed
  • Engage with influencers, creators, and customers to foster a thriving community
  • Track and report on performance metrics to continually refine and improve our approach

About the Role:

  • 2-4 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Social-obsessed; you know what's trending, what performs, and why
  • Camera-ready and confident creating engaging content
  • Experienced in managing influencer relationships and coordinating deliverables
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • A natural communicator who builds strong relationships with influencers and internal teams

This is an entry-level position, working full-time in the manufacturing industry.
