We're working with a leading Australian FMCG brand to help find their next Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the in-house marketing team of one of the country's most iconic food brands—home to multiple household names with a strong Aussie heritage.
This full-time role is ideal for a creative, hands-on social-native with a passion for food, culture and engaging storytelling.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where content is created and delivered at pace, and ideas are always flowing.
THE ROLEAs Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator, you'll play a key role in bringing well-loved food brands to life across digital platforms.
From everyday moments to new product launches, activations and trend-driven content, you'll plan, shoot and edit lo-fi content that connects with audiences on Instagram, Tik Tok and beyond.
You'll work closely with the internal marketing team and agency partners to deliver culturally relevant, native content that captures the tone of each brand—always with an eye on what's trending and what performs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate short-form video and stills content for social that feels native to each platform Capture behind-the-scenes, live events and day-in-the-life style footage Edit content using tools like Cap Cut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Support social media reporting and performance tracking Collaborate with agency partners on content calendars and channel strategies Work closely with brand teams to interpret briefs and create aligned content Stay across social trends and contribute fresh, relevant content ideas Create content quickly and efficiently, without compromising on quality ABOUT YOUYou're a creative self-starter looking for a full time role who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to shoot, edit and deliver content that cuts through.
You're confident both behind the camera and in front of a team—able to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving.
YOU'LL BRING2–4+ years' hands-on experience creating social media content Experience producing native content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta and Pinterest Strong video editing skills and a clear understanding of what performs well on social Graphic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of social media best practice and emerging trends Experience creating content in live environments such as events or activations Excellent time management and collaborative mindset A strong visual eye and passion for storytelling WHY THIS ROLEYou'll be joining a high-performing marketing team at a leading FMCG business that values creativity, collaboration and pace.
