Global Uniform Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Global Uniform Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and operating our global uniform program.

This includes seamless engagement with vendors, accurate stock monitoring, financial reconciliation, and efficient handling of Tier 2 parent inquiries.

You will also manage uniform-related communications, support the parent uniform subsidy program, and prepare regular financial and uniform performance reports.

Additionally, you will monitor website performance and act as the central point of contact for website change requests, coordinating with vendors as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of uniform products.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure program efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
