Chief Uniform Program Administrator

The Global Uniform Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and operational delivery of the uniform program.
This encompasses ensuring seamless vendor engagement, accurate stock monitoring, financial reconciliation, and efficient handling of inquiries from parents.
The Global Uniform Coordinator will manage uniform-related communications, support the parent uniform subsidy program, and prepare regular reports on financial and uniform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Experience managing external suppliers and stock tracking is essential.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to reconcile accounts, manage subsidies, and produce accurate financial reports is critical.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach is required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve parent queries and operational issues efficiently is necessary.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, online ordering platforms, and inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Websites and Systems Management: Familiarity with e-commerce or ordering platforms, including website performance monitoring, is an asset.
About You:
- Prior experience in operations, procurement, or vendor management (education or retail sector preferred).
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis is desirable.
