Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in project delivery, working closely with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in civil projects and contract management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A valid 'C' class Australian driver's licence

You will also have:

  • Well-developed administrative and practical experience specifically in civil construction
  • Demonstrated experience in managing contractors and liaising with consultants
  • Experience with financial management of projects covering budgeting, cost control and reporting requirements
  • Experience in the production of high-quality tender documents such as project scopes, specifications, contracts, and estimates
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication
  • Strong consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage an array of internal and external stakeholders
  • Competent in implementation of and reviewing Work Health and Safety practices and documentation
  • Ability to understand relevant Acts, Regulations, local laws, policies, and relevant codes
  • A degree / Diploma or Trade qualification relevant to the position or project management

Benefits:

This role offers a gross salary of $118,966 (Incl Super) and:

  • The option to co-contribute up to a further 5% superannuation
