Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Administrator. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until June 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and coordinate Partnership Program administrative support functions, including project meetings and documentation management.
  • Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for data capture, milestone verification, and facilitate communications.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc project reports and maintain project registers and documentation.
  • Manage the procurement of goods/services and ensure smooth communication flow among stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma qualification with considerable relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health promotion project management frameworks/methodologies.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to organise time and work activities according to priorities and to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effective written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise correspondence and documentation.
  • Advanced digital literacy skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite.
