Job Summary

The Pallet Stocker will be responsible for the efficient movement and storage of merchandise throughout the warehouse.

  • Operate a stand-up forklift to transport pallets from the receiving area to storage or sales floor.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and retrieval of stock based on written instructions or verbal communication.
  • Rotate stock as necessary to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to set priorities and determine product placement.
  • Wrap pallets in plastic film with product tags prior to storage.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
  • Assist other departments within the warehouse as needed.
  • Provide exceptional member service, including helping members load large items into carts and directing them to products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education/Training: High school certificate or higher is required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: A valid Australian Forklift Licence is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift (preferably in a warehouse environment) is preferred.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Right to Work: Proof of eligibility to work in Australia must be provided.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
