Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support our IT department and the business in implementing ERP (SAP Business One), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other systems.

  • Liaise with vendors to resolve escalated incidents;
  • Identify repeated incidents and initiate problem management activities;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures;
  • Escalate unresolved incidents and follow through for timely resolution;
  • Collaborate with the IT team in planning and delivering ERP, WMS and other business projects;
  • Test and evaluate new technology for implementation.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in computer science or a related field, industry certification advantageous;
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is essential;
  • Experience in training users;
  • Proficiency in SQL including developing complex queries;
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively address end-user requests;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
