Clinical Care Manager Role

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Care Team members.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent care outcomes.
About You
  • You must be a current Registered Nurse with a strong background in aged care.
  • Experience in a senior management role is essential, with a proven track record of success.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience is also required.
