Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the well-being of our residents.

About the Role:
  • Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures.
  • Act as a Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current registration with AHPRA after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
