Job Opportunity

Nexia Perth is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Business Advisory division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client databases and collating client packages, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients, preparing and reviewing forms, correspondence, and other documents as needed. The successful applicant will also be responsible for general administration duties for the accounting team, handling client telephone calls and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases
  • Liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Prepare and review forms, correspondence, and other documents for clients as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks
  • Handle client telephone calls and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work well autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
