This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health social workers to deliver high-quality and effective group psychotherapy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing individual therapy and be able to work autonomously, with excellent clinical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and facilitate Group Therapy Programs
- Provide individual therapy support to inpatients
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
- Contribute to the development of clinical programs and services
- Relevant mental health profession registration and qualifications
- Experience with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Preferred experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work autonomously
