Occupational Therapist

At Quality People and Training Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our paediatric care team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children and families in a clinic-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address clients' developmental and functional needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills.
- Collaborate with families to ensure holistic care and consistent progress monitoring.
- Manage caseload efficiently, meeting weekly billable hour targets while maintaining quality of care.
- Utilise innovative tools to streamline documentation processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with paediatric clients, preferably in a clinic-based setting.
- Strong understanding of paediatric development and occupational therapy interventions.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
