Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Ground Patrol Specialist to join our team. As a Ground Patrol Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our e-scooter and e-bike fleets, ensuring they are available for customers and in great condition. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly inspect and maintain e-scooters and e-bikes to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Perform safety checks and report any issues or concerns to the team
  • Swap batteries and perform other maintenance tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with the Driver team to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards

Requirements

  • Ability to work 20 hours minimum per week
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg
  • Fast learner with excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Aged 16 or over
  • Suitable smartphone for performing job duties
