Property Showcase Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Residential team as a Property Display Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our properties in a professional and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming and Greeting: Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and customers to our display properties, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including collecting personal details and assisting with record logs, to ensure seamless operations.
- Engagement and Experience: Support our high standard engagement approach by achieving memorable client experiences, exceeding expectations, and building strong relationships.
- Technology Support: Assist with the management and maintenance of our in-house technology, including iPads, touch TVs, projectors, and other equipment, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Customer Service Experience: Possess customer service experience, preferably in a concierge, art gallery, retail, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Property Sector Interest: Demonstrate a genuine interest and desire to work in the property sector, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Technical Comfort: Be comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor technical errors, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Professional Image: Maintain a polished personal image and presentation standards, reflecting the high standards of our company.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic, aligning with our company values.
- Availability: Be available to work weekends, as required, to ensure our display properties are staffed and operational.
