Senior Technical Director

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate complex systems
- Overseeing project resources, technical milestones, and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Aligning engineering outcomes with business objectives through close collaboration with stakeholders
- Championing continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-team collaboration
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related)
- Proven leadership experience in engineering management with exposure to cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of both electronics hardware and mechanical systems
- Experience in systems integration, product development, and testing
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide hands-on technical guidance when required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
