We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an opportunity to work in a beautiful boutique hotel with a rich history, steeped in the iconic Rocks precinct. Our hotel offers stunning guest rooms and a selection of food and beverage outlets to choose from.

You will report to our Food and Beverage Operations Manager and be responsible for assisting guests and creating an exceptional experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist guests and create an amazing experience for all patrons
  • Maintain RSA qualifications and ensure safe handling of food and beverage
  • Have knowledge of our food and beverage lists and provide recommendations and suggestions
Qualifications:
  • Previous Food and Beverage/ Bar/ Waitressing experience (highly regarded)
  • 1 year's experience providing quality customer service
  • Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and act with a sense of urgency
