We are seeking a skilled professional to join our restaurant as a part-time or permanent Wait Staff/Food & Beverage Attendant. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills.

About the Role:

To be successful in this position, you must have hands-on experience working in a similar role at a fast-paced restaurant. You should also be flexible and available to work a 7-day rotating roster, including lunch and dinner shifts.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, and maintaining a high level of productivity throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage cash transactions efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • RSA Certificate (preferred)
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
  • Basic understanding of POS ordering systems
