Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team.
This full-time opportunity is based in Melbourne's CBD and requires you to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 8pm. You will be responding to incoming calls from customers with enquiries regarding their mobile phone connection and wireless connection.
As a successful candidate, you will have previous experience working in call centre roles, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
We offer comprehensive training, including an 8-week paid program, to help you succeed in this role. Additionally, there may be opportunities for work-from-home flexibility once established.
Key Requirements:- Previous experience in call centre roles
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Liaising skills with customers and stakeholders
- Experience providing accurate and timely updates to customers
