Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to enhance our operations. This position will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Manager, the national HR teams, and leaders within regional business units to facilitate various HR functions and assist in delivering daily HR reporting services.

As a representative of the VIC/SA HR team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating performance management, remuneration, benefits, and learning and development initiatives for the region.
  • Supporting and managing diverse HR programs and initiatives.
  • Developing and conducting regional onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Accurately maintaining HR records, including personnel files, payroll, compensation adjustments, project relocations, probation reviews, changes to terms and conditions, onboarding, and terminations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation and practices.
  • Familiarity with EBA and pertinent industry award details.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • The ability to adapt swiftly to change and employ a flexible, innovative approach to challenges and opportunities.
