About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned retail professional to take on a key leadership role and drive business growth within our concept store.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences by fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role model service and selling standards to provide customers with outstanding experiences while inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent our brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
  • Execute and maintain established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team members to fine-tune their service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role with a focus on sales growth, customer engagement, and team development.
  • Strong knowledge of our brand, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
