About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail leader to support our store team in providing exceptional customer service and advice.

As Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring and inspiring your team daily, and supporting the Store Manager in coaching and developing their knowledge and skills.

You will also be expected to lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring the safety of the store, team members and customers by maintaining a safe work environment, and contributing to a fun, supportive culture in-store where the team enjoys coming to work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar store leadership role, demonstrated success in driving sales, and strong leadership with the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team and positive culture.
