Lead a Dynamic Team

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our team and drive sales. As Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring your team daily, supporting the Store Manager in coaching and developing team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar store leadership role, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team. You will also need to demonstrate success in driving sales, resilience, and the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and Inspire Your Team: Lead by example and mentor team members to achieve their goals and develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Support Store Manager: Assist the Store Manager in coaching and developing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Lead from the front and provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Manage Stock: Ensure accurate stock levels and support the Store Manager in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays.
  • Develop Team Members: Recruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new team members, contributing to a fun and supportive culture in-store.
  • Drive Sales: Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to take the next step in retail management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated success in driving sales, resilience, and the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
