About the Role
We are looking for a Casual Field Representative to provide a range of services in hardware and gardening departments at a retail store.
You will work with products across various brands to grow and win in the marketplace.
As a member of our team, you will have ownership and support to succeed, both from your leaders and colleagues.
The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to specific service level agreements and to support, train, and deliver in-store projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop key customer relationships
  • Order, merchandise, and stock product presentation
  • Maintain in-store displays
  • Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use technology and digital applications
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and initiative
