About this role

We're seeking a Casual Field Representative to join our team, providing services in hardware and gardening departments at Bunnings store.

This role involves delivering in-store visual merchandising services aligned with service level agreements, supporting, training, and delivering in-store projects.

You'll be an in-store ambassador, building strong relationships with teams.

In this autonomous role, you'll play a key part in enabling sales teams to execute their roles, support in-store strategies, and provide excellent customer service.

This is a casual role offering flexibility to choose start times and work days. You'll have multiple pathways for development into other businesses and/or full-time roles.

Please note: This position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintaining in-store displays
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assisting with major planogram initiatives
Key skills and qualifications
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holding a valid driver's license and having your own vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills, and own initiative
