Role Responsibilities
  • Drive the engagement and participation of residents into social, recreational and cultural activities, as well as mental health and wellbeing programs.
  • Plan and organise all recreational activity programs considering individual residents' needs, values, spiritual and cultural preferences.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older people.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • A team player who enjoys interacting with older people.
  • A caring heart and drive to serve others.
  • Relevant qualification such as Cert IV in Leisure & Health or currently working towards.
  • Previous experience in an aged care setting along with understanding of work health and safety practices highly desirable.
  • Comfortable using a computer.
