Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled lawyer with 2-6 years of post-admission experience to join our team.
This is a hands-on role with significant learning and development opportunities, working with a diverse range of local and international clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in corporate law and be able to provide excellent client service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing legal advice to clients on corporate matters;
- Assisting with the preparation and review of contracts;
- Conducting due diligence on potential transactions;
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects on time and to budget;
Skills and qualifications required for this role include:
- Law degree from a reputable institution;
- Admitted to practice in Australia or eligible for admission;
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
