Operations Change Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a specialist in operations implementation. This role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to deliver valuable change and efficiencies across operational teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations Managers to execute strategic and feature improvements across the customer journey, enhance system and process capabilities, manage projects, provide staff training and development, and monitor performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technology adoption based on operational pain points and opportunities;
- Maintain operational systems and processes;
- Utilize data analytics to measure impact and success of implemented changes;
- Map and maintain end-to-end processes;
- Support Lumi's Offshore QA team in a Team Lead capacity.
Requirements
- Strong experience across automation, CRM, telephony, and reporting tools;
- Experience in process improvement and risk mitigation;
- Project management skills;
- Proven history of successful collaboration and stakeholder management to deliver change;
- Self-motivation and drive to continuously improve;
- Experience in fintech and/or lending is highly favourable;
- Excellent communication skills.
