About the Opportunity

Clinpath Pathology is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Business Development Team. As an Operations Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an awareness of key clients and day-to-day service issues that impact the Business Development Team.
  • Support the planning and coordination of Clinpath educational and corporate meetings.
  • Manage and direct Dr Enquiries to the appropriate Business Development staff member.
  • General troubleshooting with internal stakeholders.
  • Preparation and distribution of Dr Pads.
  • Management of collection centre closures or staffing issues.
  • Monitoring the BD inbox and actioning items as required.
  • Consultation with Business Development & Collection team members as required.
  • Day-to-day operational support for BD team members.
  • Preparation of marketing collateral to support BD liaisons in the field.
  • Participation in new business initiatives that involve both the Business Development and Collection teams.
  • Continually identifying and assisting to implement improvements and efficiencies between departments.
  • Assisting with Riskman follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Previous management or administrative experience or qualification.
  • A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritize for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Advanced computing skills (Microsoft products).
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and Clinpath 'Our Values.'
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (including booster).
