As a Financial Oversight Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients. This involves ensuring that financial statements are accurately reported and providing valuable insights into accounting matters.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an effective audit strategy in consultation with senior managers or partners.
  • Manage the audit process while considering potential risks and accounting technicalities.
  • Lead and manage fieldwork on client sites, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Utilize expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.
Requirements:
  • A degree and/or progress towards/completion of a recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, etc).
  • Proven experience in delivering external audits and assurance engagements.
  • Experience leading planning, execution, and reporting on audits.
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and offering value-added recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a collaborative approach to management.
  • Ability to create a positive learning culture and mentor junior team members for growth.
