**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Product Governance

Overview

This is a leadership role focused on ensuring strong product oversight and governance across everyday banking products. You'll lead the coordination of governance forums, manage product reviews, and monitor centralised controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead product governance across everyday banking products within the Cash & Transactional Banking Line of Business
  2. Manage governance forums and controls to ensure compliance with lifecycle policy
Requirements:
  • Experience in product governance, ideally within financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and lifecycle policy compliance
  • Proven ability to manage governance forums, including terms of reference, minutes, and actions
