Strategic Communications Lead

Job Overview:
Drive the creation and execution of effective internal and external communications strategies, developing senior leadership communications across digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide counsel and support to business leaders on communication matters
- Collaborate closely with the business to identify opportunities for innovative content delivery
- Develop internal communication content that resonates with stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, or related fields. A minimum of 5+ years' experience in corporate/internal communications, media relations, and/or journalism is essential, along with proven expertise in Corporate Affairs.
Experience working with senior leadership and executives to provide trusted communication counsel is crucial. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively under pressure is vital.
Desirable Skills Include:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with communications measurement systems, analytics, intranet platforms, content management systems, and other technologies supporting communication strategies
