Communication Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Manager to lead and manage the development and execution of communications activities across Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania.

This strategic role ensures strong communication channels are in place, along with the coordination of timely, accurate, and effective communication materials.

  • Leading the day-to-day management, development, and functioning of the communications team
  • Supporting organisational priorities across Sustainability, People & Culture, Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
  • Enhancing brand reputation
  • Managing successful engagement with internal communication channels
  • Providing leadership across the business
  • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications or related disciplines
  • Previous experience in marketing and communications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical analytical skills
  • Self-motivation and a positive approach to change
  • Strong computer literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
