Concession Store Leadership

This role is focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective leadership and team empowerment. As a Concession Store Leader, you will be responsible for achieving financial targets and company key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by creating a welcoming and engaging instore environment
  • Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators
  • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of business objectives and focuses on commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Leaders
Key Attributes:
  • A passion for retail, exceptional service, and strong personal style
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar businesses
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience managing large teams, including performance, productivity, training, and development
  • Operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising expertise
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
