Senior Leadership Opportunity in Electrical and Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our electrical and civil infrastructure operations. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving our growth and success by developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing financial performance, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including project management, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the civil construction industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in power/utilities projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful civil construction projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.
