Occupational Therapist Role

We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Queensland.

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations for resident mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.
  • Show flexibility and work within the scope of your clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support residents in achieving optimal independence and functionality.
  2. Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual needs.
  3. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  4. Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
