This model empowers you to design therapy programs tailored to resident goals and priorities, supporting both one-on-one and group-based active ageing services.What You'll Be Doing:Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more.Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.Demonstrate flexibility and work within the scope of your clinical practice.Why Join Plena?
