Lease Property Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our leasing and acquisitions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and provision housing that meets Defence standards for members and their families.
- Monitor performance, prepare regular reports, and provide expert advice on DHA policy, lease agreements, acquisition contracts, and real estate market trends to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work under limited direction, reporting to Operations Manager and under direction from Senior Leasing and Acquisitions Manager.
Requirements:
- A background in property or a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience in leasing, sales, and/or business development is essential.
- You must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
