About the Role

We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead the delivery of programs and competitive play opportunities across Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community sport and professional pathways, specifically related to tennis.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for program delivery.

    • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a quality experience for participants.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Delivery model analysis to increase participant experience and overall profitability.

    • Implementation of National products and initiatives at a community level.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An in-depth understanding of community sport and professional pathways, specifically related to tennis.

  • Experience in developing strategy and managing budgets.

  • Able to be agile in thinking and change management experience.

  • Ability to lead program creation, implementation, and evaluation.
