Program Management Lead

Establishing and integrating a newly formed program control function is crucial to this role. The Sr Manager will partner with the Program Planning and Controls Center of Excellence team to ensure adherence to system description, establish business rhythms, and manage performance measurement baselines.

This position requires strategic vision and ability to deploy large scale projects to improve and sustain program controls capability. The individual will work on diverse assignments, assist with process standardization, and foster a collaborative setting. Essential Functions include leading organizational change, partnering with functional leaders, and developing compliant processes.

The manager will also lead initiatives to develop quality and compliant baseline plans, prepare programs for Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), and assist with Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) development.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 12 years of prior related finance experience
  • Strategic vision and leadership skills

  • Project management and estimation skills
  • Business analysis and problem-solving skills
