Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to support production and supply chain activities by coordinating purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control.

This hands-on role is key to ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.

About the Position

As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting production activities by preparing and maintaining daily production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating stock replenishment.

You will also be required to raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging, liaise with internal departments, update ERP systems, and generate inventory and planning reports.

In addition, you will investigate stock discrepancies and support stocktakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the daily production schedule.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging.
  • Liaise with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and procurement.
  • Update ERP systems and generate inventory and planning reports.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and support stocktakes.
What You'll Bring:
  • Prior experience in a similar planning, inventory, or supply coordination role.
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Pronto, or similar).
  • Solid organisational and communication skills.
