Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the effective and efficient operation of our production system.

The primary role is to design, align, and optimise the operational strategy and integrated business plan.

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets to meet customer needs.
  • Integrate planning and execution across operational and functional departments to ensure alignment and deliver improved performance.
  • Maintain and improve the management operating system, KPI reporting, and improvement process.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Driving performance improvement through data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  3. Coaching and mentoring teams to develop a continuous improvement culture.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
