This is an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Business Improvement Specialist to drive effective and efficient operation of the production system, aligning with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining or other heavy industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement operational performance through implementation of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Designing, aligning, and optimising the operational strategy and integrated business plan.
- Driving daily, weekly, and monthly performance across operations to ensure that we are meeting our targets and customer needs.
- Integrated planning and execution of key activities and initiatives across operational and functional departments to ensure alignment and deliver improved performance.
- Maintaining and improving the management operating system, KPI reporting and improvement process.
- Apply problem-solving skills to create a continuous improvement culture by analysing activities, designing systems to identify problems, and coaching people to routinely solve problems.
