Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a talented Operational Excellence Specialist to drive effective and efficient operations at our Huntly Mine site.

The role involves designing and optimizing the operational strategy and integrated business plan, driving daily, weekly, and monthly performance across Huntly Operations to meet targets and customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and management operating systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate strategies and drive business objectives.
  • Maintaining a continuous improvement culture by analyzing activities, designing systems, and coaching problem-solving skills.
