Be the Face of Our Beauty Experience

As a key member of our retail team, you will embody the spirit of Sephora by delivering exceptional client service and creating an immersive beauty experience for all visitors to our store.

As Floor Manager, you will lead by example and inspire your team to achieve excellence in every aspect of their role. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing visual merchandising plans, and ensuring seamless operations across all areas of the store.

What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in retail management, with expertise in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills.

Requirements:
  • Must be open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
  • Must have previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Must have proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Must be a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed.
  • Must be passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • Must have a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
