Beauty Team Leader

The primary function of this role is to serve as a senior advisor and provide support to the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a strong leadership presence by embodying Sephora's values and standards.
- Drive sales growth by consistently coaching and developing team members, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Utilize data insights to inform operational decisions and optimize store performance.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Serve as a point of contact for client and cast member matters, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proven retail management experience, with expertise in areas such as profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A passionate leader who thrives on the sales floor, motivating and supporting team members to achieve success.
- A strong advocate for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, recognizing and empowering team members through feedback and career development.
- History of driving results and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
