The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in end-to-end hiring and a high closure rate. You will be working with both local clients and offshore candidates, matching the right people to the right roles — fast.
What You Will Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Drive consistent high closure rates across various industries and role types
Leverage your offshoring recruitment experience to match international talent with business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their trusted account manager and hiring partner
Meet with clients face-to-face to deepen relationships and understand hiring needs
Identify new business opportunities and help grow our client base
What We Are Looking For
Proven success in recruitment with measurable results and a history of hitting or exceeding placement targets
Experience with offshore hiring for local businesses (preferred but not essential)
Strong account management skills you can keep clients happy and coming back
Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
A no-excuses attitude and a hunger to succeed
Ability to manage multiple clients roles and deadlines without breaking a sweat
