The Opportunity
We're seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in end-to-end hiring and a high closure rate. You'll be working with both Australian clients and offshore candidates, matching the right people to the right roles — fast. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, owns their numbers, and loves turning "hard to fill" into "done and dusted."
What You'll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Drive consistent high closure rates across a variety of industries and role types
Leverage your offshoring recruitment experience to match international talent with Australian business needs (a big plus)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their trusted account manager and hiring partner
Meet with clients face-to-face (yes, travel perks) to deepen relationships and understand hiring needs
Identify new business opportunities and help grow our client base
What You'll Bring
Proven success in recruitment, with measurable results and a history of hitting or exceeding placement targets
Experience with offshore hiring for local businesses (preferred but not essential)
Strong account management skills — you can keep clients happy and coming back
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A "no-excuses" attitude and a hunger to succeed
Ability to manage multiple clients, roles, and deadlines without breaking a sweat
