Senior Development Director

We are seeking a senior professional with leadership experience to spearhead our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in non-profit development and public relations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for fund development, communications, and public relations activities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on building and stewarding relationships with key audiences, including individual donors, foundations, corporations, and community leaders.
- Serve as the primary contact for cultivating relationships with major funders and corporate partners.
- Plan and coordinate capital campaigns with executive and Board leadership.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with excellent written and oral skills, capable of leading and developing a team to advance our mission and values.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred in a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in non-profit development and public relations, including supervisory/management experience.
- Fundraising experience in annual campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, corporate sponsorships, and foundation grants.
